Manufacturing defects are covered for 2 years from delivery. We repair, send parts or replace the product, and pay the shipping.

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous United States, including freight delivery for motorcycles, scooters, ATVs and kayaks.
What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 30 days of us receiving the return, with no restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, is defective or is not what you ordered. Refund & Return Policy
Do motorcycles and ATVs arrive assembled?
They arrive mostly assembled in a crate. Light final assembly, such as fitting the handlebar and mirrors, is usually needed. A tool kit and owner's manual are included. Assembly & Installation Policy
Do electric models include a battery and charger?
Yes. Every electric motorcycle and scooter includes its lithium-ion battery and a charger. ATVs are gas-powered and include a 12V starter battery.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos. For freight, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. We replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge any time before it ships. After it ships, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
