Billing Terms & Conditions

By placing an order on docomado.com, you agree to the following billing terms.

1. Authorization to Charge

You authorize Docomado and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the full order total, including applicable sales tax.

2. Accurate Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and shipping information, and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

3. Order Acceptance

Your order confirmation email confirms that we received your order, not that it has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order due to product availability, pricing errors, or failed fraud or payment verification. If an order is cancelled after payment, you receive a full refund.

4. Pricing Errors

We work hard to display accurate prices. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged where required by law and is shown at checkout before you place your order.

6. Third-Party Payment Services

Payments made with PayPal, Google Pay or Afterpay are also subject to that provider’s own terms. Afterpay installment schedules, approval decisions, spending limits and any late fees are set and managed by Afterpay.

7. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund & Return Policy: 30-day return window, refund issued within 30 days of receiving your return, and no restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, is defective or is incorrect.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first. We can usually resolve issues faster than a bank dispute. We reserve the right to provide order, delivery and communication records to payment providers in response to a chargeback.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
