These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of docomado.com and any purchase you make from Docomado. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to make a purchase.

2. Products and Information

We make every effort to display products, colors and specifications accurately. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit quantities.

3. Orders and Payment

Payment and order acceptance are governed by our Billing Policy and Billing Terms & Conditions. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

4. Shipping

Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous United States. Delivery times and procedures are described in our Shipping Policy and Freight Shipping Policy.

5. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled for free before they ship. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving the return, and no restocking fee is charged. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Warranty

Products include a 2-year limited warranty as described in our Warranty & Replacement policy.

7. Safe and Lawful Use

Motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, kayaks and paddle boards involve inherent risks. You agree to read the owner’s manual, wear appropriate safety gear (such as a helmet or life jacket), follow all applicable laws, and confirm local registration, licensing and road-use requirements before riding. ATVs are intended for off-road use only.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Docomado and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Docomado is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
